Abstract
This is the 35th interview in a series of 37 interviews with General John W. Vessey. In this interview, Gen. John Vessey discusses the period from 1986 to 1998 in which he continued service as a POW Envoy and as a member of the Defense Science Board. Specifically, Gen. Vessey discusses his time as Presidential Envoy to Hanoi for POW and MIA Affairs from 1987-1993.
