Abstract
This is the 36th interview in a series of 37 interviews with General John W. Vessey. In this interview, Gen. John Vessey discusses the period from 1986 to 1998 in which he continued service as a POW Envoy and as a member of the Defense Science Board. Specifically, Gen. Vessey continues to discuss his time as Presidential Envoy to Hanoi for POW and MIA Affairs. He also discusses the history and development of the Defense Science Board (DSB) and his membership on the DSB from 1986-1998.
