Abstract
The productivity of an organization is directly related to the coordinated efforts of its workers. The six staff members at a Lutheran church and school recently indicated a desire to increase cooperation and work output. Because position descriptions have been used in other settings to enhance teambuilding and work production, the staff members created and implemented individualized, detailed position descriptions as a strategy for improving teamwork, job satisfaction, and overall worker productivity.
