Abstract
Telework is a relatively simple concept that becomes very complex as organizations attempt to apply it. The concept of teleworking is basically to "move the work to the employee instead of moving the employee to the work." This simple concept becomes complicated when organizations try to determine when and how to implement a telework program effectively.
The purpose of this paper is to provide a better understanding of the telework concept and to present a guideline for evaluating, planning, and implementing an effective and successful telework program.
