Bridge Builders: Effective Approach to Leadership and Diversity Training with Adolescents establishes the Bridge Builders® program as a best practice in the field of youth development programs with adolescents. Needs-based curriculum design and outcome evaluation findings from a three-year outcome study are shared to illustrate behavioral changes that occur in the participants as a result of this innovative program.
