Abstract
Children in military families go through many changes unique to their culture. Children that are under five years old do not have the life experience or verbal skills to voice their concerns. Using research and existing resources on moving, war related stress and separation a program to help these families was developed. Helping understand stress in young children and ways to help them cope is a crucial need for our military members. Having this knowledge will help them through the stressful times so they will be able to focus on the mission of protecting om country.
