Abstract
Research indicates the need to embed the framework of ethical decision-making into the educational process for adult learners preparing for careers in early childhood education. This master's capstone seeks to raise the level of professionalism by integrating ethical literacy into every course, workshop and training. Culminating in a Power Point presentation, the project is designed to be effective, professional, and ready- to-use for college administrators and instructors, workshop presenters, and directors of early childhood education programs.
