Abstract
This Capstone Project explores effective strategies for teaching and learning in the online environment. Three distinct areas or topics are identified and explored. These areas include; individualizing instruction and learning, creating an online learning community, and planning and presenting course content in a variety of way. One chapter is given to addressing each topic.
