Abstract
As early childhood education and care continues to be established as a true and growing profession, what are some of the attitudes and professional views of those that are currently practicing in the field. If parents, family members and communities are to view the early childhood teachers and caregivers as professionals, the teachers and caregivers should conduct themselves in a professional manner. They must believe that they provide a valuable service to the community and that by showing themselves as professional, then perhaps they will in turn be treated as professional. The purpose of this capstone is to examine professional attitudes and professionals of the Beale Child Development Services.
