Abstract
Teacher training is one of the most common indicators of a high quality early childhood program. Assisting teachers in planning for, and locating training experiences will help support their ongoing professional development. United States Air Force (USAF) training and curriculum specialists must have access to a wide variety of training resources in order to help enhance the training program for the individual teachers and for the program as a whole. The Resource Guide for Multifaceted Staff Development serves as a central reference for early childhood staff to locate training opportunities near each of the USAF installations in the United States.
