Abstract
The scope of this project is to implement a training plan called, "A new Student Orientation Guide." By implementing this guide, it will help the new Student Worker to become a more effectively efficient learner, which should help the student to become more knowledgeable and confident with the technical equipment used for programs and shoots. Also, because the student will become more knowledgeable of the systems and programs, the likelihood of mishandling technical equipment will be at a minimum. Basics needs and clarifications should be addressed initially, then slowly progressing into a complete learning process including demonstration as well as testing for progress. This will insure any lack of misunderstanding and miscommunication will be caught at the interim of the employment process.
