Abstract
The scope of this process improvement project involved analyzing existing procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement, developing recommendations for change, preparing a cost/savings profile, presenting recommendations to management, preparing training programs for those who perform the transactions, implementing appropriate changes, and preparing suggestions for maintenance of the new/improved process. This study included consideration and assessment of these issues in all of the stakeholder organizations. And certainly, dependent on their role in the process, some stakeholder organizations were impacted more than others were.
