Project Coordinator (Advisor 1)
The purpose of this project is to write a recipe book for Cafe del Arte'. With these recipes as guides, cooks will prepare food items consistently, and the restaurant will benefit by keeping their labor costs and food costs low. Guests will benefit by receiving a consistent product.
