Abstract
The purpose of this project is to implement a change in the process in which Consumer Alternatives provides their customers with updated child-care information. The researcher would like to phase out the existing guides that consist of over 500 pages and are enclosed in awkward three-ringed binders. Instead, the writer would like to provide the service through a computer-based system. This computer-based system would allow Consumer Alternatives' customers to receive the information through personal computers located in their place of work.
