Abstract
The purpose of this project was to ascertain the interest among Ramsey Clinic employees and physician members for the utilization of sick child care services; and also to determine the feasibility of Ramsey Clinic developing a sick child care program. This would include cost effectiveness for Ramsey Clinic to subsidize the cost of sick child care services, and to pursue viable sick child care service options that will best meet the needs of the employees. The researcher will make recommendations to the Department of Human Resources.
