Abstract
The purpose of the project is to reengineer a team of employees to centralize functions and skills to achieve increased efficiencies with streamlined processes. The functions to centralize include the required processes for systems' setups for new plan implementations or existing plan changes and the implementation processes for all recordkeeping data conversions and de-conversions. The current responsibilities of these functions are spread across multiple areas. This creates an inefficient and often confusing environment with occurrences of service breakdowns and misunderstandings of task ownership.
