Abstract
St. Mary's Medical Center chose the Total Quality Management philosophy for management, in 1990. The Total Quality Management philosophy was chosen to meet customer expectations at the least cost, providing the best service to Duluth and the surrounding region. This project policy paper will be focusing on the various methods of training in Total Quality Management for administration and staff at St. Mary's Medical Center. The outcome of this project policy paper will not directly implement change, it will be recommendation for change, in the training model for administration and staff in the Total Quality Management Philosophy.
