Abstract
One purpose of this project was to determine if either of the preschools in this association could stand independently. Another purpose was to evaluate the opportunities and feasibility of the two preschools merging with the new Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod School. The third purpose was to determine if they could become independent by starting their own organization, or if the current organization could be kept by increasing its duties to those of a school board.
