Abstract
The purpose of this project was to recommend the implementation of an employee handbook to improve communications at Cedar View Electric, Inc. At a later date, the handbook will actually be written and compiled into a formal document to be kept on file with the business. Copies will be distributed to the company's current employees as well as to new employees hired in the future.
