Abstract
The purpose of this project is to gather and analyze information regarding computers and computer software in order to make a sound decision in purchasing these items. The researcher feels this information and the subsequent purchase will help to alleviate the problem of doing the accounts receivable transactions, monthly statements and recordkeeping by hand, which is time-consuming. The researcher feels by purchasing a computer and related software program, the accounting transactions will be easier to keep track of, better organized, available for quick and easy access and save the small business owner valuable time.
