Abstract
The purpose of this project was to analyze employee participation and investment elections in the Employees' Profit Incentive Plan (401[k] plan) for MERITEX, Inc. and Affiliates. Results from the analysis determined the need to implement an employee educational program to increase 40l(k) participation and diversify funds.
