Abstract
The purpose of this project is to develop, implement and evaluate the reasons for high employee turnover which is decreasing the performance rate of no-fault claims in the Burnsville Branch Claims Office of Illinois Farmer Insurance Group of Companies, Minnesota.
The scope of this project is to develop a plan to reduce low morale and implement better training procedures to improve the turnover rate and increase productivity within the no-fault branch claims office of Illinois Farmers Insurance Company. Attention will be directed at opening communications between employees and management to locate the difference in morale rates and improvements to training procedures. Finding specific ways to deal with ineffective communications will be beneficial.
