Every aspect of the event is examined beginning with the organization responsible for it, going through the structure of the event itself, outlining a marketing plan for the event, analyzing the management of employees and volunteers, discussing of potential risks associated with the facility for this event, analyzing ethical concerns of the event itself, and concluding with personal reflection from the paper's author. Included within the event analysis are items like budget breakdowns, facility layout, and images documenting the facility itself.
