Abstract
This is the third interview in a series of 37 interviews with General John W. Vessey. In this interview, Gen. John Vessey discusses his World War II service. Including: active duty stateside after Pearl Harbor from 1941-1942; shipping out to Europe in April 1942, with the 34th Division Artillery; and, combat training in Northern Ireland during the summer of 1942.
