Abstract
This is the 17th interview in a series of 37 interviews with General John W. Vessey. In this interview, Gen. John Vessey discusses the period of 1966 to 1979 in which he completed two tours in Southeast Asia and is stationed in Germany. Specifically, Gen. John Vessey continues to discuss JUSMAGTHAI in Laos from 1972-1973 and his time with the Office of Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations and Plans in Washington, D.C. from 1973-1974.
