Abstract
This is the 12th interview in a series of 37 interviews with General John W. Vessey. In this interview, Gen. John Vessey discusses the period of 1945 to 1965 in which he is building an Army career in stateside duty stations and Germany. In this interview, Gen. John Vessey discusses his work in the Office of Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel in Washington, D.C. from 1959-1962.
