Abstract
Sybil Smith was a Youth Organizer and was in charge of Youth and Special Programs for the Minnesota American Revolution Bicentennial Commission (MARBC) from the mid-1970s through 1976. This interview discusses the MARBC and Ms. Smith's role in it.
