Abstract
Judge J. Thomas Mott was a law student at William Mitchell College of Law in Saint Paul, Minnesota in the 1970s. This interview discusses his work on a dilapidated buildings project through the Esthetic Environment Program (EEP) and the EEP's role in Minnesota's American Revolution Bicentennial celebration.
