Abstract
The purpose of this project is to research and identify the necessary factors that will assist Lake Area Bank in successfully implementing Internet Banking to its customers. This project is important to ensure the success and growth of Lake Area Bank. In order to remain independent, the bank must shift its thinking to grow with the changing financial environment and the needs of its customers. By implementing Internet Banking, Lake Area Bank will its profits, customer base, and sales per household.
