Abstract
Telecommuting is quickly becoming a benefit employees and employers are considering. The benefits to employees and employers greatly outweigh any negative results of a telecommuting program. Increased productivity, cost savings to employers and employee retention are just a few of the benefits from offering a telecommuting program. Through a literature review this author explores the benefits of telecommuting programs by introducing benefits of telecommuting as well as contract examples employees and employers can use in implementing a telecommuting program.
