Abstract
There was a dual purpose to this study. First, the author wanted to find out what the United Way of Central Minnesota might be able to do to improve corporate participation. The second purpose of this study was to explore alternatives available to the United Way of Central Minnesota for augmenting their full-time staff during the annual fund-raising campaign. If area businesses are no longer able to provide Loaned Employees, steps need to be taken to identify other sources of temporary staffing. Ideally, temporary staffing would be available at a minimal cost so administrative expenses would not be increased.
