Abstract
Many churches and organizations face the issue of getting members involved. This can come from a variety of reasons such as, "I do not know what I can do!" This program and research has been developed to aid people in establishing what they, as individuals, want from a church, where their specific talents are, what their leadership abilities are and where that can be used in the church. Building a strong, religious based team is a wonderful start to doing God's will on a personal and a congregational level.
