Abstract
Infant and toddler child care is in increasing demand due to the huge increase of dual income families in the work force. This demand and lack of good resources has created child care settings of questionable quality for infants and toddlers. Many programs for infant and toddlers are delivered through churches. A manual to guide and educate infant and toddler caregivers is one strategy to help develop quality child care programs in the churches that are involved in infant and toddler care.
