Abstract
The purpose of this project is to suggest and recommend ideas to improve and eventually implement a sound newcomers/ sponsorship program for new individuals joining the 148th Fighter Wing, Minnesota Air National Guard - Duluth. There are approximately 115 new members joining each year. Virtually every organization a person joins has some type of program to welcome the new member and someone assigned to the new individual to sponsor him or her.
