Abstract
The purpose of this project was to evaluate the paper form flow through the Engineering Services Department of Minnegasco, Inc. (E/S) to determine whether or not the existing system will fully support the proposed computerization of all maps and records. Possible solutions explored were re-organizing the department, gradually phasing out the existing system and re-designing the forms to supply all of the information necessary to support computerization.
