Abstract
Since the beginning of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church one unachieved goal runs consistently throughout its history. This goal, starting a Lutheran school in the Brainerd area, is the task of the Lutheran School Possibility Study Committee and the focus of this applied research project.
The problem statement is: How can the longstanding goal of starting a Lutheran church school by September 1991 be raised to first priority status of the congregation and be effectively pursued as a goal of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in the Brainerd/Baxter area?
