Abstract
The purpose of this project analysis paper was to determine possible solutions to the high rate of turnover not only at St. John's North East Radiology where the author is currently employed, but at all Radiology departments nationwide. The areas that need to be studied are the lack of advancement for new and tenured employees and the professional image of the Radiologic Technologist.
