Project Coordinator (Advisor 1)
The purpose of this project was to determine the need for, and to research, to design and to offer recommendations for the implementation of a back health education program for the employees of Hormel Foods Corp. at the Austin plant.
During the course of this project, interviews were conducted with plant employees, as well as office staff and supervisors to determine their back health needs as they related to this project. Organizations with a back health education program in place were contacted as references.
