Abstract
The purpose of this project is to determine the most feasible method of obtaining and maintaining property and liability insurance coverage for cooperative housing in the Minneapolis St. Paul area. The goal of the research was to recommend a change in insurance coverage for Common Space 1 s cooperative housing members.
