Abstract
The purpose of this project was to investigate the feasibility of starting a resort in Estes Park, Colorado with an emphasis on photography. This researcher wanted to answer the following question: Is there a need for a resort dedicated to photography? Is it feasible to establish this type of resort in Estes Park, Colorado? Is it possible for this to be a second career for someone? Who would be the potential customers?
