Abstract
This project is designed to review the software and/ or procedures in the Finance Department at Murphy Warehouse Company. Excessive hours are needed to complete monthly reporting for management, audit and/ or insurance needs. If information could be provided in a more timely manner, results could be more closely monitored. The Finance Department, with only three employees, maintains all financial data for three different companies. The current software is not providing all the necessary information to complete the different tasks without repetitive work being done on an ongoing basis.
