Abstract
The purpose of this project was to develop, evaluate, and recommend a training program for customer service representatives. The training program will be enhanced to increase quality, productivity, and create a positive work environment for employees within the Customer Service Department at the Consolidated Business Office of Allina Hospitals and Clinics.
