The Development of Strategies for Improving Low-Income Parental Involvement in Education

The purpose of this study was to examine the phenomenon of parental involvement in a low-income school wherein parental involvement was encouraged. Analysis of the data from interviews, participant-observations, and a review of documents found a positive impact as a result of the development of intentional parental involvement strategies.
