Students making an impact while in school is one of the many goals Concordia University has set for future teachers through its new 3 to PhD(r) program. With the actual building slated to open August 2017, this educational partnership between Concordia University, Faubion School, Portland Public Schools and Trillium Family Services will deliver an uncharted level of immersive learning, community service and innovation.
