Abstract
This is the 37th interview in a series of 37 interviews with General John W. Vessey. In this interview, Gen. John Vessey discusses the period from 1986 to 1998 in which he continued service as a POW Envoy and as a member of the Defense Science Board. Specifically, Gen. Vessey discusses representind the U.S. at World War II anniversary celebrations in Europe in 1994-95 and his work with the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod.
