Abstract
This is the 32nd interview in a series of 37 interviews with General John W. Vessey. In this interview, Gen. John Vessey discusses the period of 1982 to 1985 in which he served as the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Specifically, Gen. Vessey continues to discuss the United States and Lebanon during the 1980s and the U.S. invasion of Grenada in October 1983.
