Abstract
This is the 27th interview in a series of 37 interviews with General John W. Vessey. In this interview, Gen. John Vessey discusses the period of 1982 to 1985 in which he served as the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Specifically, Gen. Vessey discusses the Defense Science Board and working with the Department of Defense.
