Abstract
This is the 18th interview in a series of 37 interviews with General John W. Vessey. In this interview, Gen. John Vessey discusses the period of 1966 to 1979 in which he completed two tours in Southeast Asia and is stationed in Germany. Specifically, Gen. John Vessey continues to discuss his time with the Office of Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations and Plans in Washington, D.C. from 1973-1974 and the 4th Infantry Division Mechanized in Fort Carson, Colorado from 1974-1975.
