Abstract
This is the 13th interview in a series of 37 interviews with General John W. Vessey. In this interview, Gen. John Vessey discusses the period of 1945 to 1965 in which he is building an Army career in stateside duty stations and Germany. Specifically, Gen. John Vessey discusses his time in the 73rd Artillery, 3rd Armored Division in Hanau, Germany from 1963-1965.
