Abstract
Tim Mungavan was a community organizer for the Cedar Riverside Project Area Committee (PAC) in the mid-to-late 1970s. This interview discusses the Cedar Riverside neighborhood in the 1970s and reactions of metropolitan residents to a downtown stadium, the Metrodome, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
